Agentspace became Gemini Enterprise
In October 2025 Google consolidated everything into a single platform. What changed, what stayed and how to migrate — from the team that deployed Agentspace in Brazil before the rebrand.
Timeline
Platform for building corporate agents with Workspace, M365, Salesforce, Jira connectors and a no-code workbench.
An AI add-on inside Workspace — a totally different product from Agentspace, but with a similar name. Confusion starts here.
Agentspace + Workspace add-on + agent workbench + connectors → one platform with editions Business / Standard / Plus / Enterprise. NotebookLM Enterprise stays separate.
What changed × what stayed

- • Brazil Data Residency (Google Cloud São Paulo)
Changed
- • Name: Agentspace → Gemini Enterprise

FAQ
Does Agentspace still exist?
Not as a brand. In October 2025, Google consolidated Agentspace, NotebookLM Enterprise, connectors and the agent workbench into the new Gemini Enterprise platform. Capabilities remain — and got more integrated — but the Agentspace name was discontinued as a separate product.
Do existing Agentspace customers need to migrate?
Yes, but it's a smooth migration: agents, connectors and flows are preserved. What changes is the central interface (now the Gemini Enterprise workbench), governance (more robust and centralized) and licensing (now per GE edition: Business, Standard, Plus, Enterprise).
Did pricing change?
Yes. Agentspace had its own negotiated pricing. Now it falls under Gemini Enterprise's transparent pricing: US$ 21 (Business) or US$ 30 (Standard/Plus), per user/month. For most customers, this simplified and reduced TCO.
Did NotebookLM Enterprise also disappear?
NotebookLM Enterprise still exists as a separate product with its own billing, focused on research and synthesis over knowledge bases. What changed is that it now natively integrates as a source for Gemini Enterprise agents.
Why did Google consolidate?
To compete head-on with Microsoft Copilot Studio and ChatGPT Enterprise: a single platform, single interface, single governance. The consolidation also resolves the naming confusion.
Have an Agentspace environment to migrate?
Autenticare runs the inventory, maps the new edition's gains and migrates existing agents to Gemini Enterprise without disrupting production.
